When I arrived at the counter of a small hotel to pay the bill, there was a healthy old man standing there. When the person sitting at the counter asked him his age, he said 67 years.
People of that age often look very old. What is the secret of your health? He said that I do not drink alcohol and the company where I worked used to offer six types of food for breakfast for just one rupee, yet I never ate more than necessary.
