When I arrived in the classroom of an institution, there was leftover food lying on the last benche and the teacher was asking the children whose action this was? As usual, no student was answering.
Almost every institution faces such problems every day. The only solution to this is to train children morally. If children are exposed to high moral values, then 

  • No child will commit such an immoral act. 
  • If someone commits an immoral act by mistake, they will immediately apologize and clean up after themselves. 
  • Seeing someone committing an immoral act, other children will stop them. 
  • If someone commits an immoral act despite being stopped, other children will immediately clean up after themselves.

High moral character can be taught through moral training.
